Storybound was established in 2002 as a writer's group of two.   As of 2005, we have grown to a whopping three members!  We meet weekly at the children's section of our local library.  Our meetings feature story readings, critiques, and commiseration over rejection letters.

Our rejection letter contest is held about every four months.   The person who has accumulated the most rejections within that period is treated to lunch by the other members.  It keeps us motivated to keep sending out those submissions.

Storybound keeps us "bound" to writing.  Every week, we feel an obligation to contribute something to the group, whether it's a story, an article from Writer's Magazine, or even just a creative excuse for why we haven't brought anything to share!
